I ordered 3 items, 2 were eventually despatched 13 days after the order (on a Friday before a bank holiday!). No information received about the 3rd item so waited until 14 working days after the order was placed. I sent an enquiry email to their customer services address but got no reply after 3 days so phoned them only to be told that the importer had let THEM down and the item wouldn't be received until 15th July. This would be 2 months after I placed and paid for the order and I only found out by calling them. I have cancelled the order for the item and asked for a refund, hopefully they can do that a lot quicker! I will have to source the item from somewhere else and start again. What a way to run a business. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
