“Betta living bedrooms - Precise from start to finish!”

Was a bit sketical about ordering wardrobes from an online company. Had four companies come round and I must say betta living was the best. The designer spent hours measuring and designing ensuring I was satisfied with the final design. I certainly did not have this with other companies and being able to pay in 3 installments was a bonus!

A surveyor was sent round who ensured the design was appropriate before I signed the documents for the go-ahead.

The delivery and fitting dates were agreed with betta living. The items were delivered as agreed, though the only challenge I had was having to wait at home for the whole day with the delivery guys turning up at the last minute, I even had to phone up the delivery company to find out where they were, so my day was wasted.

The fitter (Jimmy) turned up on time as promised. It took 3 days to fit two bedrooms, but I must say that it was worth it. Jimmy was friendly with a very lovely countenance, very precise with his work and also neat(tidying up after himself).

Some shelves were missing so the fitter rang up the coy who delivered to the fitter. Jimmy rang me up to arrange a convenient time to fit the shelves.

The rooms look so different and I am pleasantly surprised the difference these fitted wardrobes have made. Thank you, Jimmy because it is not enough to have good materials, the beauty also lies in the fitting! Thank you for your honesty in returning to finish the work. Well done.

I am now waiting for the delivery of my kitchen and hope I have a similar experience.
