“Protect yourself and avoid this store”

Bought a set of personalised boots for my son. They sent the wrong size, no worries just send them back and have it sorted - what a joke. They deny they made a mistake. My god the invoice reads 10.5 the boots sent are 11.5 - how difficult is that. They refuse to admit error and replace the boots with the size ordered.
Give these people a wide berth, they are simply not worth it, protect your hard earned money.
