“Dreadful customer service”

the site and selection is great but the customer service is appalling. It takes days for them to respond to emails and the calls to customer service are redirected to the order line. The delivery is inflexible and they give you no notice (despite asking repeatedly for an update on when the goods would arrive). They also managed to loose one of the two boxes in the consignment. seriously, it's not worth the bother of using them (don't be fooled by the nice website like i was!). I will NEVER use them again.
