“disappointing late delivery”

I ordered a britania shamballa bracelet as soon as it went on sale but did not receive it in time to wear on the jubilee celebration weekend - in fact I have still not received it. I would have expected the jewellery channel to fix a sale date that would have ensured delivery of this item before this weekend. Very poo service indeed!
