“Horrible construction”

I just bought my daughters prom dress from Jen Jen's House. Got it in and it looks like a two year old cut the netting on the bottom of the dress. Also the netting is sewn in funny were it bunches up and makes her look 50lbs heaveier. You can see the seam were they sewed it together and it is uneven. I wrote back to them to return it and they said to take it to a semstres to get fix and will give me 20% off the dress. Which will not even cover the cost and their is no one to do the work before prom. So I just had to order another dress so she has one for prom and am out the money for this one. There is no phone number to talk to anyone or an address to return it. and because it is from china I don't know what legal actions I can take.
