All I wanted to do is buy a gold fish for my son, encountered the following problems:
Day 1: can't buy a gold fish because the water in the tank needs 3 days to settle.
3 days later: cant sell you a gold fish as your water is too hard, baught some treatment.
2 days later, they alowed us to buy 1 gold fish as the 30L tank was too small to buy any more.
Returned the 30l tank and replaced it with 50L tank.
Went back to pets at home to buy some now gold fish, they then said I have to wait 7 days for the filter to settle down. Omg all I want is some gold fish
