“terrible customer service”

In November i ordered 4 mini speakers, they sent me 2 of the items i ordered and two other items for someone else with their delivery invoice with it. After many emails i sent the lot back, they took £20 from my account it cost nearly £5 to send them back but they still say they havent received them. Which means i paid nearly £25 for absolutely nothing. Their customer service is diabolical.
