“Very Bad”

i spent around half an hour of time browsing the website and adding 4 items into my cart just to be told that they cant use my card, when i input all my details correctly a countless amount of times. I don't understand why that happened so i had to go and buy it from the store itself, wasn't happy at all 1 Star considering i didn't even get the product i originally wanted!
