“united airlines SUCKS”

I booked two flights to Europe on Lufthansa(greet airline) and in both cases United was the carrier in both cases, They were rude from the ticket counter all the way through almost 10 hours of flying time. After the take off the flight attendant announced that all soft drinks were free of charge and all alcoholic beverages cost a whopping 6 bucks and not to mention their arrogance.I flew on many European airlines and i can only say they are the best, I just wish United airlines in particular can learn from their competition, i have no high hope in that regard.
