“High Wycombe Pets At Home is fantastic!”

Before buying my son's pet corn snake (we are new to snakes as pets!) I phoned my local branch (High Wycombe) for some advice. I was put through to a girl with a lot of experience who was only too happy to sit on the phone chatting with me about the best type of snake to start with, the equipment we'd need, how to handle/look after the snake etc, etc. We were invited in to see the snakes they had and to handle one to see how we felt about it.
We've had Stripes for 3 weeks now and my son adores him, he has fed each time absolutely no problem (this is apparently something important to ensure they are doing before you take them home). When I went back to buy more 'pinkies' to feed Stripes the guy I bought them off was really interested to hear how the snake was getting on and talked enthusiastically about how much he'd liked our snake!
We had an issue with the vivarium we bought so I took it back to the shop today and without question they just replaced it, I didn't have the receipt they were just concerned that the vivarium was up to standard for the snake! This is what prompted me to write this review!!
Really cant fault the staff at High Wycombe, at times it can get pretty busy in store tho so I'd suggest going in the week if you want to talk to someone in depth as they can get crazy busy at weekends!
