“Lack of communication”

To start we were supposed to have a rep but we didnt. The first night we had vip in Linekers bar with a supposed roped off vip area, cocktails or champagne on arrival, waitress service, a banner and photos of us to go on website. So we get there try to explain about the vip and the guy just cuts us off, then we are shown to a tall table outside with 5 stools around it with a piece of paper saying stephs hen vip stuck to it, shoved in a corner next to the merchandise booth! Well we kickedoff and explained everything we were supposed to get and they said they contacted red seven about it because they were fully booked!(we had booked this trip a year and a half ago) and that red seven said it was fine! red seven didnt contact us. The hen was upset and it ruined the start of the night. In the end we had to share the vip booth with a stag party, they did try and compensate us by giving us free drinks which was nice and we did end up having a really good night, no thanks to red seven. Also the hotel had us as checking out a day early!
