Best travel store is the worst travel agency I've every dealt with. I contacted them about purchasing a ticket from DC, to Liberia. I made my reservations on line using my mother's credit card. They wanted me to sent in a copy of her credit card, ID, copy of bank statement, which all seem reasonable but my mom was not willing to release all that info to them. So I went online the next day and change the payment information to my debit card. On the day of my departure I went on their site to make sure my flight was confirmed, and to my surprise they had cancel my reservations. I called them and the agent told me it was a mistake and she reinstated my reservations. On my way to airport I called Delta airline to make sure my trip was confirmed and I was told that my reservation was there but my flight was not confirmed. I then call BT and they told me they still had to run debit card and sent the payment to delta and that it will be done in a few mins because my flight was in 2 hours. They also stated a agent will call me as soon as it was done. When I got to delta an hour later I was told I couldnt board the flight because my flight was not confirmed. 45 minutes before my flight left BT had not call me back and my flight was still not confirmed, they then send me a email stating that they couldnt confirm my flight and my debit card will not be charge. I had no choice but to buy the ticket at the airport for the same reservation. I also had to pay an extra 500 bucks because BT did not book me all the way to my final destination. Couple days later I go to check my account BT had still charge my card for the same reservation I had pay for at Delta. So I end up paying for the trip twice because of their mistakes. Its been almost two weeks now and I've been calling them everyday to refund my money and still to no avail. I will not recommend this agency to anybody.
