“Biggest Mistake”

From seeing there cheap late holiday deals my boyfriend and I decided we would book and get time off work. Two days later I received a phone call telling me there was a problem and that I had to call them back. Firstly I was told the hotel I booked was full and there was going to be an additional cost for a new hotel. I was then told that the flights I had booked had increased in price by nearly £100 per person and would have to pay this too. When I questioned this I was told it was nothing to do with them and that they couldn't help me. I either pay it or cancel. Leaving me without a holiday and feeling I had made a massive mistake. I went on the website to see if the prices had changed but no the flights were still offered at the lower price and the hotel that was full supposedly still had rooms. I am shocked that they can advertise like this and will never be using it again. STAY AWAY!
