“RIP OFF!!”

I booked a weeks holiday through on the beach in April for me and my boyfriend. I thought that I had gotten a good deal, that was until I realised I had been charged for two duplicate bookings. It took a week of constant arguing and phone calls until I finally received an email declaring that as a 'good will' gesture they would give me back my money for one of the holidays. It cost me £44 in phone call charges to get this done however and 6 weeks later I still have not received my refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding using this company as they are an extreme rip off!! The holiday has turned out to be much more expensive than originally stated as there are hidden costs everywhere you turn!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!
