“Bad customer service”

I ordered a Maria Saplings folding cot and 2 bath sponges. Upon chasing this order 2/3 times I finally got advised, (after taking payment for the item) that they are no longer able to obtain the cot from their suppliers. I begrudgingly agreed to just keep the bath sponges on the order and was advised they would be sent out that day. Again, 1 week later, I chased to see where these were only to be advised again that they were sitting in the system and hadnt been processed! I complained to the customer service team who finally assured me they would send my order out that afternoon. Thankfully it arrived but it has left a bitter taste and I wouldnt use this company again.
