“very friendly and fast service ”

I recently visited the Tesco opticians in the Hanley extra store in stoke on Trent, here i found the staff most welcoming, the optician himself was very kind and helpful, even though i am 28 years old i do not remember ever having and eye test before, other than through school. i spoke to my optician about some of the problems i had been having and he was more than happy to answer my questions.

I booked my appointment in store only the day before whilst doing my shopping, i was extremely pleased to be offered a next day appointment. in all my 'free' eye test lasted around 40 minutes or so, with little waiting time in between the pre-eye test and the test itself. i was allowed to browse through the frames at my own leisure, with no hassle. my glasses arrived in store for pick up 4 days later... all in all a very good experience.
