I needed a new web hosting company.
I decided that, after being told basically, to go to hell by my current web hosting company when I had a few simple questions for there customer service reps. To move my site I had to plow my way though the long list of available hosts - there are dozens and make my decision. I even signed up for a couple and then decided that they were no better when I asked a question of two of there customer support. After a few hours with each I dropped them and demanded my money back.
Then I came to InMotion.
I signed up with them and had the usual questions about passwords and hosting directories and in each case the rep. had the answer and could communicate it clearly back to me. I would rather work with a chat system and the InMotion chat works flawlessly.
The inMotion setup went smoothly and because of that I promised the rep (Nick W) a wet kiss right on the mouth. His company manager said he would convey the notion directly to Nick (smile).
