I started training with David 7 weeks ago as I had let my diet slip and my exercise routines were not as frequent as usual. I wanted to strip all my excess body weight, get fitter and start to tone my shape. In 7 weeks I have lost just under a stone and a half, dropped a dress size, have become increasingly fit and have built weight sessions confidently into my gym workout routine. The diet advice that David gave me has been fantastic and I am now feeling so much healthier and have achieved amazing results. I couldn't recommend personal training sessions with David more as they have changed my overall lifestyle! I had tried many diets and workouts recommended by friends previously and they have all been a waste of time! David is worth every penny I couldn't be more pleased :)
