“on the beach holidays review”

After looking through all the bad reviews I was a little apprehensive after I'd booked my holiday with onthebeach. I missed out a letter in my name when booking so had to call them to change it. I called them soon after booking, realising my mistake. They very kindly changed it with the airline and themselves (on the beach) along with the email address which had been entered wrongly due to me missing out a letter on my surname. The person I spoke to at onthebeach called me back shortly after I'd called and let me know that he'd amended the problem with the company and with the airline FREE OF CHARGE as only 1 letter had been missing. They were very friendly on the phone and the holiday was the cheapest I found on the internet! Thank you onthebeach.co.uk
