Oh sorry I couldn't quite hear you due to the temporary deafness caused by using our Miele vacuum cleaner.
It worked reasonably well for the first year and a half, But after just running out of warranty it starts SCREECHING, this is due to the black filter on top popping up all the time,it is held down by two rather small plastic hooks (sticking plasters would hold down better)the air pressure is too high behind the filter, the hooks can't hold it down and it just pops up. (Que the sound of a harpooned dolphin)yes we have bought a new filter, yes we have duct taped it down. the only way to Vacuum now is by either 1. Standing with one foot on top of the casing and hopping around the room or 2. balancing a small child on the top (preferably one with decent balance/skateboarding skills)
In addition before it starts screeching you can always have all the fun of the fair getting the attachments off. Enjoy.
