“VPS UpTime - Pathetic”

I host 12 or so customer sites on their VPS. I was referred to them because their sister company Server Choice kept having technical difficulties. The up time is terrible, the VPS doesn't actually crash but the network connection is always going offline for 15 minutes here, 30 minutes there. Poorly manned tech support, Both in terms of ability and hours available. Beware, and use with caution.
