I had to return home from Africa a few days early and was told STA travel do NOT let customers change there tickets. As you can imagine i was so angry, i was left stranded at the airport in Africa alone. When i eventually got home i contacted STA travel 3 time and not once did i get a reply. This is still ongoing now, 1 month after !! TERRIBLE COMPANY, would never even think about using them again.
