Kellogg's Kickstart Special K - Its easy! You don't need to stand in the aisle of the supermarket counting how many point are in everything. You just have to make sure you dont eat junk food. I used to snack on crisps, chocolate etc but now I have a bowl of Special K (plain) for breakfast a bowl of Special K (red berries) for lunch and a apple then about 3pm I'll have a bag of Special K Bliss then my dinner at 6.30pm without a dessert which no-one needs anyway, it's just a luxury! I have lost loads of weight and I'm only on day 5. My tummy has gone down and is more flat and I feel so good about myself. You should all try it as it does work and easy to stick at. Good luck all
