“transfer troubles”

transfer from palma to hotel good.pick up from hotel to airport dreadful.over one hour later than arranged,coach ful had to sit on floor of coach to airport ,or would have missed plane.hotel tobago receptionist was very helpful with this problem,but coach operator was not ,neither were coach drivers.
