“Disappointing”

I have used GHDS for about 8 years and had no problems with the original styler, they were perfect and did everything that i required them to do. However when the limited edition ones came out i was bought a pair for Christmas and since then i have had nothing but problems in the last 2 years i have had to keep sending them back and them sending me a new pair each a different edition. Every time they break its a wiring and heating up fault. I appreciate that they do replace them for me but its the having to wait 3 weeks between sending them off and getting the new pair. They broke again yesterday and after speaking to my hairdresser who recommended cloud nine stylers i have now moved on from GHD and the Cloud nine irons are so far living up to my expectation.
