No body picks up any calls at your call centre, no matter which option you chose or at any time. No one picks the call. I have spent 15 mins each time calling your numbers and waiting for someone to pick up. I have tried all options! It's demeans your company and brings a bad name ! I have to ask about a purchase I have made online and It Is disappointing to wait on phone for hours.. Without even been heard. Disgraceful.
They just don't bother!
Well last time I m buying anything from here
