Being abroad and relying on webmail is esential, however Talk(or not)Talk continually fails and over the months of April/ May 2012 this continues without them sorting the problem. When I return to the UK I will look for another provider as there is no sense in paying them my GOOD money for their BAD service.
Trying to contact them is a nightmare, well planned on their part??
Last thing, the part of their site for reporting problems often does not work either. Excellent planning?
