“Fraudulently Unreliable”

Virgin is a fraud. In densely populated areas they are oversubscribed and just don't have the infrastructure in place. The internet connection is dead regularly, probably like once a week there are problems on average. In the beginning the outages lasted for days. Now it just regularly craps out varying intervals. I'm not from the UK but I never ever had a problem with a internet connection just being dead! Here the internet is not working for no sensible reason, like cable works, router failure or something. No the reason must be that the whole network in this area is permanently under capacity and seems to succumb under heavy traffic loads or some other glitch (have the line for several months now).

I used to do online trading, it would be impossible on a Virgin line because it will fail and you will lose a lot of money. So I don't risk this. But just coming home, wanting to do something online and finding out that you are offline like it's 2012BC is terribly annoying. Where I come from, if such a service interruption happened just once it would be an outrage. With Virgin it's the norm, like I living in a 3rd world country
