“money scamming”

Signed up for one month's free trial. Couldn't get on with their website software, so thought, nothing lost, free trial, tried for 48 hrs and gave up. Obviously i didn't read the small print. They tried to debit £35.93 from my paypal account (but I had already reviewed my paypal payments and blocked any debits from them). They have now put this 'debt' into the hands of a debt collection agency. I AM AFRAID. And I am educated, savvy and wise in the ways of scammers. I do not want a ccj against my name, so doubtles will be settling including a late payment charge - and praying that I do not go through this again next year. I am afraid to sign into 1&1 in case that is taken as some sort of website usage. Horrible, horrible, horrible organisation.
