“From Surrey to Chicago! in less than 48 hours! ”

A week ago, I searched the net for a shipping company to get a parcel to my daughter who now lives in Chicago. I have never needed to do this before. I took the best quote from the internet. Fed Express picked up from my office as scheduled on Monday at 11.30 and the parcel was delivered ( had my daughter been home to sign) , Wednesday am. The customer service team was supportive, answered questions and e-mailed me finally to say the parcel had now been delivered. Ok so it didn't go smoothly getting a signature on delivery but too often using the internet to set things up means that you don't get replies and there is never a telephone number to call. Well done Interparcel! I feel that I have been served well!
