“Good company let down by poor delivery service”

I was looking for a Maclaren Quest pushchair in a particular colour. This was the only website that had it and at a really good price. Delivery was prompt but unfortunately did not come on the day they said and came the next day when I was out. Left a card saying I would have to arrange again which I tried to do. I then found they had left it with a neighbour. Good company let down by poor delivery service
