“Do not go near this company”

I booked a flight and hotel on 30.05.12, the deal seem quite reasonable. Within minutes of booking I got a email with my reference number, telling me it would be 48hrs before my holiday was confirmed. This to me was a little strange but OK. The next day I received an email from OTB saying they had tried to contact me about my holiday and could I call them. I have been working from home all week and my mobile is on 24/7, no one tried to contact me. I called the number, noted it was 10p/min and waited only 3mins. Logged onto OTB website and tried to log in with my reference number, wouldn't work. By this time I was highly suspicious so that is when I reviewed them and found this site.
Once reading these reviews, I checked with my bank and no money had been taken. I then cancelled my card so OTB could not take money from me until I had spoken to someone. Today 1st June I get a call from OTB telling me my flights have went up £95pp, not their fault but the airlines. I cancelled, but there was not an apology or even a option to try and book somewhere else. A totally shocking company. I have now booked the same holiday today £10 dearer with Travel Republic and received all my confirmations and travel vouchers within one hour. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
