“Poor online service”

I ordered "extra soft" Bambino Mio muslin squares on Mothercare online store. The order details were amended by hand and the colour was changed to lilac instead of plain white. Not only I got sent the wrong colour for my baby boy, the material was very rough. To return the item I would have been required to pay for the postage. I had also used my old credit card which I already cancelled within the time they took to deliver so I was unable to get a refund.
