Bad Points
There is no bad points to this diet or any real diet.. its jus a mental thing for everybody. whoever wants to stay slim has to stay fit.

General Comments
I started the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K diet today, I also done it last year and I saw great progress. Its an excellent diet but do not stop goin to the gym. I'm gona keep excersice in my lifestyle.....I suggest ever one should do the same
