Have been with vodafone for 3 years now and all I have had is very bad costumer service. I think it is a general think with signing up to a 'contact' over the phone. You never now what is in the contact for the duration or for the a limited time and the sales people dont care about informing you either only interested in getting you to say yes.
I was told that i had 500mb of internet thrown in, turned out to be for the 1st 6 months, not what i was told so my bill increased. When I renewed my contract, big mistake! there where no phones I like out and so they gave me a normal deal with the offer of a upgrade 6 months into my plan, 5 months later i find out this was an 'offer' not in my contract.
The worst provider I have ever been with, avoid at all costs.
