I sent my iphone off to their fault diagnosis service as it suddenly went dead and wouldn't turn on - I suspected the battery, but wasn't sure so as the fault diagnosis was free decided it was worth getting it checked rather than just asking for a new battery and being wrong!
The site shows you exactly what stage your device is at through the process - which was useful, as I could see that they had received my phone the next day after posting so didn't have the worry that it was lost somewhere! They promise a 24 hr turnaround for repairing, but do say that if you use the fault diagnosis service it may take a bit longer. It actually took alot longer - They had my phone on the Friday and when my order was still showing as awaiting fault diagnosis the following Tuesday I asked a question on their online chat service as to what was happening - I got an immediate response that it still hadn't been seen, but they would try to speed things up. All went quiet again, then Friday I finally got the diagnosis through on email that it was the battery. I paid online and then things started moving very quickl - by the end of Friday, the phone had been checked, diagnosed, repaired and dispatched and I received it back the next day (Saturday) sent special delivery. So, diagnosis very slow - repair very quick. I guess if I had just ordered a battery straight away rather than used the Fault Diagnosis service, it would have been repaired and back within the 24hrs they claim. Overall I was happy - it was not an expensive repair and the communication from the company was excellent.
