“I would suggest this diet to anyone who is looking for...”

Good Points
It really does work...By doing this diet i managed to lose a stone in a week. However while on the diet i was doing exercise..going to the gym and aerobics classes.
The diet is perfect for those who have irregular jobs and it can be fitted into your life very easily as its jst two bowls of cereal and you chose what meal to have. I had my main meal as lunch because it made more sense doing it that way to me.

Bad Points
It does get slightly boring..eating cereal everyday for 2 weeks.. who wouldnt be bored. But to stay motivated you could just change up the cereal you eat.. There is a variety of them.

General Comments
I would suggest this diet to anyone who is looking for a kickstart in loosing weight. From experience it deffinately works. However, after the 2 weeks you do have to keep at it. Add exercise into your plan and the weight will be flying off!!!
