“Air Canada Far Surpasses Other Options for US Flights”

I have family in the states and I live in Toronto so at least once a year I fly down to the states. In the past I've shy'd away from Air Canada because their prices were higher than domestic American Air Carriers. After the fiasco of my last flight with American Airlines I decided to go ahead and pay the small amount extra (in this case) for the flight and go on Air Canada. It was like a mirror image of American Airlines. People at the check in counter were attentive and answered my questions without me having to go hunting to find a disgruntled employee with no answers (American). The planes were newer than any American air carrier I've ever flown or at least newer appolstry. Free in flight entertainment was much nicer than American's for pay entertainment and the meals sold in flight were both better tasting and less expensive than the American counterparts. The flight staff was polite and courtious and the flight as a whole was so much more pleasent and relaxing that I will definately fly them again, even if they cost a bit more.
