After claiming for the sad death of my puppy a few months ago with petplan and them paying out in full i decided to go with them again when i got my new puppy.
unfortunately she picked up a intestinal parasite Giardiasis which cost me £500 to find out what it was and for treatment having submitted the claim form two weeks ago i have received a cheque in the post for £425 without any hassle or questions just simple and straight forward. I would say they are a reputable company and as long as you read your policy properly because they clearly outline exclusions and what they are willing to pay you shouldnt have any issues. Thanks again petplan my dogs appreciate it!
