“my first week ”

I have only just started this plan trying the Gi plan which allows me some of the foods I love potaos.pasta bread . been fairly good and only had one naughty slice of cake but then I wasn't hungry so I missed the lunch meal . back on track still learning my way round the sight , so far its been enjoyable looking at and altering meals and planning ahead with the help of the shopping list. I have a lot to lose weight wise but feel I can with this diet, even managed to walk past the cakes in the supermarket.
wish I had known it was so easy to be 'not hungry' on this plan, no weekly meeting to go to just my friendly lap top to refer to .
