“Well made - wrong size”

I ordered a pair of made to measure jeans from these folks. After some time and a couple of missed emails (they ended up in my spam) - not their fault but watch out! They eventually arrived (from Mumbai in India. In case you had not noticed this is not a US company) and, after all the careful measuring of outseams, front rise, rear rise, thighs etc the waist was 32" instead of 34". When I told them and sent a photo they insisted that the waist was "at least 34.5"...
Never again.
I gave them to friend who really has a 32" waist and they fitted very well.
