Sigh. Again. Ordered swimwear for hols after 10 days items havent arrived and i received an email saying items were lost in transit and i would get a refund. I replied stating that I didnt want a refund (they hadnt even asked me) I want to reorder the goods. They reply that they will give 15 % to reorder if i phone them. I explain that I am on a mobile it will cost me more to call them, they reply that if I call them they can tell me about 'some fantastic' deals that they currently have. How incredibly cheeky! and why can they not reorder the goods for me?? They have the details? I think it's about time that H&M bosses did some undercover work to find out for themselves just how bad the service is and that reviews posted here are not just 'sour grapes'.
