I PURCHASED THIS TRIMMER DUE TO IT'S DESIGN AND 60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.ON THE FIRST SCRUB I TRIED TO TRIM IT STARTED TO MAKE A NOISE,THE TRIMMER WAS HAVING A HARD TIME CUTTING ANY OF MY SCRUBS.I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STATED THAT I COULD SENT IT BACK,BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT WITH THE MONET BACK GUARANTEE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM.I PURCHASED EXPRESS SHIPPING TO GET IT BEFORE 3 WEEKS AND HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK.
