I have been a subscriber for years, but the service is no longer reliable. I have just learned from my inqiry to Jacquie Lawson about an undelivered card that they know of the problem, but they have chosen not to notify subscribers. Instead, they suggested I send the card to myself, which apparently works, and then forward it from my mail to my recipients. That routing is what we are now paying for as subscribers!
