“Stuck at sortation hub”

The online tracking says "at sortation hub" and it's due for delivery today. I would not recommend these people. They seem, according to the reviews here, incompetent.
Why oh why is my parcel at a sortation hub in Birmingham when it should be in Glasgow today?
This is utterly useless. No idea what's going on.
I suppose I'll have to wait all day to see if this thing's a glitch or not!
