WRITE A REVIEW

“Slow delivery, poor packing”

The website says One Click Toys ships within 24 hours in most cases. When my item hadn't arrived after 8 days, I sent an email asking where it was. I didn't receive an individual response or an apology, just what looked like an automatically generated email the next day, saying my item had been shipped. It arrived wrapped in what looked like a black bin bag, done up with parcel tape (a real task to get into), and with the item packaging itself somewhat damaged because of the flimsy wrapping. Not impressive.
