“SIM Cards from PrepaidSimCard not work ”

Paid for 2 sim cards which required only that the phones be unlocked. Cards were waiting at the hotel as promised but but would not work in either telephones which were different models and both unlocked. Bought 2 SIM cards from Tescoes the next day which both worked 100%. "Support" from PrepaidSimCard who finally appeared at their office after 3 days was that the problem was with the telephones and it was my problem not theirs. Their policy was no refunds so I blew my money. Bottom line is that it is cheaper and safer to buy a card on arrival in UK. Many of the stores are open 24 hours and the cards and calls are cheaper. It would seem many phones even if unlocked do not work with the cards supplied by PrepaidSimCard. The cards from Supermarkets start at 99P so even if they don't work you only lose a few pence and not the 20 pounds I lost.
