“Worse Customer Service Ever., ”

I ordered a pair of football boots from Pro Direct Soccer I then received my boots which were too small for my feet. I tried them on in the house so they weren't used. I then sent my boots back to then be told I cannot receive a exchange or a refund. I then argued my point but they didn't budge so I have been left with a pair of football boots I cannot use and I have wasted my money to a company which don't care about there customers.
