WRITE A REVIEW

“waste of time”

I ordered a changing bag from this site, two weeks later I was sent the wrong bag. I contacted them and they informed me that I would be sent the correct item as soon as they received the other one back (which I sent back immediately). Then I was contacted only to be told that they could not source the correct bag and I was refunded the money. Whilst I was refunded the money immediately I would of preferred the bag I had initially ordered, or to have been told straight away that I could not have it instead of wasting my time.
